Civic Projects
Our firm has completed work across the nation and overseas, but the majority of our federal projects have been focused within the Southeast Sunbelt Region 4 of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA); additionally, we have completed many recent projects for state government at the Kentucky Department of Engineering and Contract Administration (DECA).
We have performed major and minor renovations and tenant fitments, as well as large-scale design/build work, for organizations such as the U.S. Marshal Service, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Transportation Security Administration, Social Security Administration, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and many more. A number of our projects have been executed under Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
We are proud to work with several trusted partners in our federal work. As a self-certified small business under NAICS 541310 for Architectural Services, we are happy to partner with larger firms when the opportunity arises. Please contact us to discuss.
