She loves working on existing buildings, discovering the phases of their previous lives, and bringing out new work that emerges from a respect for what came before.

Molly earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky. During her time at UK, she travelled to Cuba and South America and developed a deep interest in the diverse human experience within the context of the built environment, which continues to inspire her work today.

Outside of work, Molly finds joy in spending quality time with her family, exploring her passion for painting, and enjoying good food with good company. A dedicated parent and artist, she embodies the values of hard work, creativity, play and resilience in both her personal and professional endeavors.
